澄面适量熟猪油,15克
辅料:
盐,
3克水晶桂花包的做法步骤

1.准备好澄面,盐,熟猪油,糖桂花,白芝麻
2.把澄面,猪油,盐拌匀用开水和面揉成光洁的面团备用!

3.把糖桂花中加入白芝麻拌匀备用!

4.把面分成均匀的小面团

5.用擀面杖擀成面皮儿,(一定薄,太厚不好吃)包成包子!

6.上锅蒸十五分钟
